Yet achieving zero defects through post process inspections is
futile. The Mistake Proofing Workshop explores three levels of
mistake proofing and degrees of process control commonly deployed to
prevent mistakes. Examples will be explored from industry as well as
awareness of in-house methods.
The class will start an implementation process, learning the steps
towards mistake proofing deployment.

The principles of mistake proofing is a one day workshop with two hours of classroom and six hours of hands-on sessions.
