Baseline Assessment

  An Assessment is an opportunity to demonstrate how well your facility is performing and identify where gaps exist between actual and desired results. We take care to involve your staff in each stage to explain the goals and our methods. The complete assessment will highlight your facilities strengths and weaknesses with recommendations derived by evaluating the most important performance gaps with realistic impacts from recommended actions.  Typical assessment takes about three days per facility.  Major topics  we cover are:

• Management Methods
• Cultural Readiness

The assessment will also provide a high level snapshot of value stream performance. An implementation plan can be created directly from the assessment report or in the case of more complex facilities after further evaluation of the value streams in question.
